Welcome To The New Hockeyleaks.com

Finally, after weeks of work, the new site is finally up. I want to thank Roddie Hassan for his generosity, for giving us free webspace and helping us an extreme amount. I want to thank Yick, who designed and updated the webpage, and I want to thank all our writers for submitting columns so we had some good reads right off the get-go. Take a spin around the site, and please leave comments in the forums or the comment section of the blog.

Some hockey notes to pass on. Steve Thomas has been cut by the Maple Leafs in favor of Alex Steen. In pre-season action tonight, the Leafs beat Detroit 4-1. Antropov led the way with a goal and a assist. The Canadiens doubled up the Sens 6-3. Tomas Plekanec scored once and added a pair of assists, and yes, for those wondering, Hasek was in net. I can't wait for Ottawa/Toronto this Wednesday. Other scores to tell you about, Boston beat NYR 5-2, Jon Sim had a hat trick, while Ovechkin countered with three points of his own in Philly's 7-6 win over Washington. Yes, Esche was in net. Colorado beat Dallas 4-3. Two games still going on, Anaheim is up 3-2 over Phoenix after 2, while Vancouver is crushing Edmonton 6-2 in the third.

Thats all for now, enjoy the new site! Expect a later update tomorrow, as Yick and myself are attending the final jays game of the season tomorrow to celebrate the new site launch! Enjoy!
